The meeting was called to order by Richard Durham at 5:36 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Richard Durham and second by Mr.Terry Sweeny to approve the minutes of August 31,
2015 as printed;motion carried unanimously.
Unfinished business: Darlene Gregory requestd for Shane Torno to get additional information on the 21 light
fixtures resulting in three additional work orders placed for LD lights at a cost of$68,028 with an end time-line of
December 31,2015.
Alyssa Barrera announced an additional 150 jobs will be created at Bay View Tower. They are requesting to lease
85 spaces from the Mann Street parking lot at$2,000 a year for three years. It will require the approval of the
committee and will need to be presented to concil on the 131n of October.
The TSA contract of 160 meters consist of 90 liberty meters and 70 mechanical meters that will resume control of
the meters at this time.
Capt. Breedlove reported PAC fund totals at$162,686.90.
New business consists of. 1)Darlene Gregory requested a press release on funds and donations for Light Up CC
Downtown revitilization. 2)A motion was made by Fay Cider and second by Darlene Gregory requesting signage
be put up to educate the public on Pay by Phone service; Motion carried unanimously. 3)A Parking Study will be
conducted before the calendar year at the Sea-District.
There was no public comment.
