BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Governor's
Division of Emergency Management, in the amount of$56,265.52 for the Emergency
Management Performance Grant (EMPG).
SECTION 2. That $56,265.52 is appropriated from the Texas Department of Public
Safety's, Governor's Division of Emergency Management, Emergency Management
Performance Grant Program in the No. 1063 Emergency Management Grants Fund for
improving mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery capabilities for the City of
Corpus Christi.
