Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That $37,048 in reimbursement funds received through the Reimbursement Contract with
Coastal Bend Bays and Estuaries Program Inc. for the Coastal Bend Fertilizer and Pesticides Monitoring
Program is accepted and appropriated in the No. 4300 Stormwater Treatment Fund.
