BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager or designee is authorized to execute all documents
necessary to accept a grant to the City of Corpus Christi/Nueces County Local
Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) in the amount of$5,000 from the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for expenses for Purchase of ProRAE
Guardian Tier 2 License and Media Buy, Cable network and local outlet.
SECTION 2. That $5,000 is appropriated in the No. 1062 Fire Grants Fund.
