surplus property; authorizing its sale to the public by sealed bid;
and authorizing execution of the deed and any related documents
necessary to complete the sale and convey the property.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the City owned property located at 4830 Williams Drive with a legal
description of Gardendale #3 Block 14 Lot 6A is declared to be surplus property.
SECTION 2: That the City Manager or designee is authorized to sell the property to
the public by sealed bid per Texas Local Government Code section 272.001 , with
minimum bid requirements.
SECTION 3: That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute a deed and
other related documents necessary to complete the sales and convey the property.
That the foregoing or inance was read for th first time and passed to its second
reading on this the 0)y'ay of 2019, by the following vote:
