Authorizing an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Regional
Transportation Authority and Nueces County to provide payment to
Trott Communications for Radio System Consulting Services.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS
CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute an interlocal
cooperation agreement between the City of Corpus Christi, the Regional Transportation
Authority, and Nueces County providing for the payment of Trott Communications as the
public safety radio consultant; and also authorizing $43,003.33 as payment for the city's
contribution.
