between the City and the U.S. General Services Administration for use of
terminal office space at Corpus Christi International Airport by the
Transportation Security Administration from March 1, 2019, through February
29, 2024, for minimum annual rent of $400,345.91; ratifying prior lease
amendments; and modifying necessary provisions of the lease.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager, or designee, is authorized to execute Lease Amendment No. 7
to Lease No. GS-07P-LTX15384 (the "Lease") between the City of Corpus Christi and the U.S.
General Services Administration for the use of terminal office space at the Corpus Christi
International Airport by the Transportation Security Administration from March 1, 2019, through
February 29, 2024, for minimum annual rent of $400,345.91 . Additionally, by authorization of the
execution of Lease Amendment No. 7, the City Council ratifies all prior lease amendments and
approves necessary modifications made to the Lease.
