Motion to authorize execution of an IDIQ construction contract with PM Construction &
Rehab LLC, dba IPR South Central of Pasadena, Texas in the amount of
$10,000,000 per year for a total not to exceed $30,000,000 in three years for the City-
Wide Wastewater IDIQ 2019 project for base bid plus additive alternate No. 1. This is
a one (1) year base contract with two (2) one-year renewals to be approved
administratively subject to availability of funding and satisfactory contractor
performance. Staff will provide semi-annual reports to the City Council on the
progress and expenditures for the Wastewater Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity
Program that includes the program's effects on sanitary sewer overflows and
infiltration/inflows.
At a meeting of the City Council on 5/21/2019, this Motion was passed as amended.
