Motion authorizing the City Manager, or designee, to execute the First Amendment to the
Waste Disposal Agreement with BFI Waste Services of TX, LP, to modify the termination
date, discount and the required annual tonnage; providing revenue to the City estimated
at $267,100 per month for 17 months.
At a meeting of the City Council on 8/13/2019, this Motion was passed.
