Motion awarding a three-year Master Services Agreement (MSA) to develop the master
plan for a centralized wastewater control and monitoring system to allow operation of the
City's six Wastewater Treatment Plants and 102 Lift Stations from one location, to
Signature Automation, LLC of Addison, Texas, for a total amount not to exceed
$600,000.00, effective upon issuance of notice to proceed, with funding available from
the Wastewater Capital Reserve Fund.

for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
