Arlington Heights Christian School and South Texas Futbol Club use
of LyondellBasell Park on Haven Drive for youth sports programs,with
two year terms, with option to extend for up to two additional years.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
Section 1. The City Manager, or City Manager's designee, is authorized to execute a
License Agreement with Nueces County for Arlington Heights Christian School use of
LyondellBasell Park on Haven Drive for youth football program with a two-year term with
option to extend for up to two additional years. A copy of the agreement shall be filed in
the Office of the City Secretary.
Section 2. The City Manager, or City Manager's designee, is authorized to execute a
License Agreement with Nueces County for South Texas Futbol Club for use of
LyondellBasell Park on Haven Drive for youth soccer program with a two-year term with
option to extend for up to two additional years. A copy of the agreement shall be filed in
the Office of the City Secretary.
That the foregoing ordinance was red for the first time and passed to its second
