Chairman Cabasos called the meeting to order and asked for nominations for the election of
Chairman and Vice Chairman. Mr. Fisher nominated Ms. Lois Huff as Chairman and Mr. Charlie Jacobs
as Vice Chairman. Mr. Cabasos seconded the nominations and they were unanimously elected.
Ms.Huff asked if everyone had reviewed the minutes for the October 26,2006 meeting and asked
for a motion to approve. On a motion by Mr. Fisher, seconded by Mr. Cabasos, the minutes were
unanimously approved.
Ms. Huff asked if there was any other business and a discussion followed on the requirements of
Chapter 35 Oil and Gas Wells. Mr. Cabasos asked for an update on the wells operated by GCEA on land
with an expired lease. Mr. Cantu stated that the wells were transferred to Floumoy Oil and Gas,
Incorporated and negotiations for a valid lease were being sought. The Committee asked Mr. Cantu to
follow up on the negotiations. There being no other business,the meeting adjourned at 10:40 a.m.
