Motion to authorize the execution of amendments, agreements and encumbrance of funds for legal,
engineering, and other professional consulting and expert witness services and associated court
reporter, copy,travel, data, and other costs for the lawsuit of Graham Construction Services, Inc.v.
City of Corpus Christi,Xylem Water Solutions and Atlas Copco Compressors v. Carollo Engineers,
PC, Travelers Casualty and Surety Company, Control Panels USA, Inc. and Fluid Components
International LLC in a total added amount not to exceed$1,250,000 with the law firms of Kilpatrick
Townsend &Stockton, LLP, Nadine Barger, LLP, and the consulting/engineering/expert firms of
Ankura Consulting Group, Enprotec, WJE and FTI and authorize carry-over of unexpended funds
into the following fiscal years.

I, the Director of Financial Services of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas (or his/her duly authorized
representative), hereby certify to the City Council and other appropriate officers that the money required
for the current fiscal year's portion of the contract, agreement, obligation or expenditure described
below is in the Treasury to the credit of the Fund specified below, from which it is to be drawn, and has
not been appropriated for any other purpose. Future payments are subject to annual appropriation
by the City Council.
