Corpus Christi Downtown Management District for the maintenance of 104 planters
in the downtown area for an initial period of four years.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Corpus Christi, Texas:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager or designee is authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperation Agreement with the Corpus Christi Management District for maintenance of
104 planters in the downtown area for an initial period of four years.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force immediately after its
adoption by the City Council.
