and discussing your comments at length. The law only authorizes members to make a statement of factual
information, recite an existing policy in response to the inquiry, or advise the citizen that this subject will be
placed on an agenda at a later date.
IV. Business for Discussion and Possible Action:
a. Identify Subcommittees Chairs- Philip Ramirez asked that all board members serve on at least 2
subcomittees. The followina is what was decided and moved.

where voluntary support is greatly needed.
