III. Public Comment: None
IV. Business for Discussion and Possible Action:
A. Presentation by Tracy Cantu and Capt. Sanders:Tracy Cantu discussed the role of
Code Enforcement when it came to cleaning up the city.The committee held
discussions of possible projects but no decisions were made.
B. Discussion and possible action of projects for 2016: Celina Pulcher presented to the
group a copy of the goals that were discussed from the planning meeting on
November 18, 2017. She also presented a calendar of upcoming events.
V. Bill Hoelscher motioned to adjourn the meeting, Lily Gonzalez seconded and meeting
was adjourned at 5:32pm.
