Security Fence/Perimeter Road/Access Control contract was awarded to National Guardian security Company. construction to start in approximately three weeks . Construction on the new roof should start in approximately two weeks . contract was awarded to a' local contractor - Haeber Roofing. Terminal Rehabilitation preliminary report is due November 4 , 1991 . After review by this committee recommend sending to City Council for approval . C. Certified Annual Financial Report FY 90-91 (CAFR) -. Preliminary draft has been received. Airline rates show, tentatively, an increase of 14-15%. D . it Service Bi-Lateral Treaty with Mexico: This agreement is, in effect, an open-sky treaty which allows any certified American or Mexican carrier to file for service to any Mexican or American city it chooses . The Mayor is forming a task force to work on this treaty. The Director feels Some of this committee' s members should be involved in the project .
