Vice-Chairman Gulley called the meeting to order at 3 : 30 p.m.
Irving Dietz moved to accept the minutes as written. Wallace
Lundgren seconded the motion. its accepted as written.

A. Passenger Facility Charge Update: Bonnie Allin outlined the
five year In listed in the Capital Improvement Program and
explained is projects were eligible for PFC funding.
B . Construction Status Report: The GA apron project is in the
final phase of the paving process . Estimated four weeks to
completion. Taxiway "Ell should be open for use by this Friday.
Preparation for bid opening in progress for the GA Apron
extension/Taxiway "All overlay project. Estimated December 1991
start time.
Security Fence/Perimeter Road/Access Control contract was awarded
to National Guardian security Company. construction to start in
approximately three weeks .
Construction on the new roof should start in approximately two
weeks . contract was awarded to a' local contractor - Haeber
Roofing.
Terminal Rehabilitation preliminary report is due November 4 ,
1991 . After review by this committee recommend sending to City
Council for approval .
C. Certified Annual Financial Report FY 90-91 (CAFR) -.
Preliminary draft has been received. Airline rates show,
tentatively, an increase of 14-15%.
D . it Service Bi-Lateral Treaty with Mexico: This agreement
is, in effect, an open-sky treaty which allows any certified
American or Mexican carrier to file for service to any Mexican or
American city it chooses . The Mayor is forming a task force to
work on this treaty. The Director feels Some of this committee' s
members should be involved in the project .

Mr. Bill Stewart of the FAA relayed a message from his
supervisors saying that they appreciate and enjoy working with
the staff at Corpus Christi International Airport because of
their professionalism, attention to details, and dedication to
doing a good Job.

Bert Beecroft gave a briefing on progress of the Entrance Road
Project. He said that City Engineering is doing a drawing/layout
draft to show more details of this project for prospective
participants .
