"flee meeting was called to order by the Chairman at 12:00 p.m.
Ms. Allin explained the purpose of the special call meeting was to introduce the terminal concept design
of the Corpus Christi International Airport to the Board and to get Board approval prior to going to City
Council. The presentation of the terminal design concept was made by Glenn Dionne and Julie Kenfield
with Ricon do and Associates and Doug Ellis with DMJM Aviation(fonnerly Day and Zimmerman).
The presentation was discussed by the Board. The Chairman asked for a motion to recommend approval
of the terminal concept design. Mr.Cazalas made a motion to recommend approval. Mr. Rehler
seconded the motion. Motion approved.
