OLD BUSINESS (DISCUSSION / POSSIBLE ACTION) Jack Gron Reception Reba George gave an update on the Gron sculpture installation at the Police Department and announced that there has been another change in location which will cause some delay in the installation. Joe Schenk and Heidi Hovda requested staff to send them photos of the previous installation site, the maquette and a history of the Gron sculpture installation progress. Art Maintenance; Public Art for Inventory The Commissioners will complete inventory of the art in their packets distributed at the February ACC meeting no later than the April 9 meeting. Tess Allan reported that Mel Chin has agreed to work on the missing foot from the City's vandalized Untitled History sculpture. He expects the fee to be approximately $8,000 and recommends that both feet be replaced so that they will match in color. ACC Presentation to City Council in April Copies of the last PowerPoint presentation made to City Council were distributed and reviewed. The presentation will be postponed to the May City Council meeting to allow time for the Commissioners to complete their art inventory. Commissioners requested City Staff contact grant awardees to request photos and printed material already created that includes the ACC Logo. VI. NEW BUSINESS (DISCUSSION / POSSIBLE ACTION) None VII.
