CALL TO ORDER—The special called meeting of the Arts and Cultural Commission was called to order
at 3:06 p.m. by Chair, Armando Camina.
I. ROLL CALL — The Recording Secretary called roll, announced quorum.
II. DISCUSSION ITEMS AND POSSIBLE ACTION:
• Approval of Arts Peer Panel for the N.W. Library expansion. Peer Panel members are:
Bob Brink, Artist, Valerie Carlisle, Community Member, Stephen Gambill, Artist, and
Yvonne Kylstra, Community and Library Board Member. Lynda Jones, Arts and Cultural
Commission Liaison, Chair of the Peer Panel.
Motion to approve Peer Panel made by DeAnn Gould-Lancaster; 2nd by Judith Prewitt.
Motion passed unanimously.
Someone asked when is the presentation made by the artists? After the Council approval of
the Peer Panel.
ADJOURNMENT - As there was no further business, DeAnn Gould-Lancaster made a motion
to adjourn the meeting, Judith Preswitt 2" the motion. The meeting was adjourned at 3:15
p.m.
