I. CALL TO ORDER -The Special Called Meeting of the Arts and Cultural Commission was called to
order at 5:02pm by Chair, Lynda Jones.
II. ROLL CALL -The recording secretary called roll, announced quorum.

Discuss Subgrant Awards
Joye —the Subgrant committee, city staff and chair met on November 20. The committee
decided to recommended the numbers as listed:
