1. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 1:30 p.m.by Chairman Atnip and a quorum was de6lared.
IL APPROVAL OF ABSENCES:Tony Pineda
A motion was made by Mr. McMullan to approve Mr. Pineda's absence and seconded by Mr, Karaca. Motion passed with
Mr.Mauck,Mr.Pineda and Mr.McRee absent.
111. APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
1. November 19,2014
2. April 22,2015
A motion to approve both minutes from November 19,2014 and April 22,2015 as written,was made by Mr. McMullan and
seconded by Mr.Voorkamp. Motion passed with Mr.Mauck,Mr.Pineda and Mr.McRee absent.
IV. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING
Mr. Julian Grant,Assistant City Attorney,presented the Board with the following documents.
1. Proposed,Updated Rules of Procedure
2. Basics of Zoning -No action needed
The floor was opened for questions and comments by the Board. After discussion commenced,Mr.Atnip called for a
motion. A motion was made by Mr.Karaca to approve item"1",Rules of Procedure,and seconded by Mr.Voorkamp.
Motion passed with Mr.Mauck,Mr.Pineda and Mr.McRee absent.
For Basics of Zoning,Mr.Grant informed the Board that it is merely informational and there is no need for any action to take
place.
V. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business,the meeting adjourned at 2 p.m.
