Box 9277 • Corpus Christi, Texas 78469-9277 • (512) 880-3000 City of Corpus ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Christi PAGE 2 SEPTEMBER 28, 1994 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Veteto,seconded by Mr. Barrera and passed unanimously to approve the special use exception to allow B-1 uses on the whole lot since it is within 50 feet of the district boundary line, subject to replat of Lot 14C and remaining portion of Lot 14 being replatted as a single lot on Lot 14C, Block 6, Colonia Hidalgo, since the Board finds that in its opinion,as a matter of fact,such special exception will not substantially adversely affect the adjacent property.
