Hines, Secretary II Chairman Meinrath opened the public hearing at 1:30 p.m.,in the Council Chambers at City Hall and explained the procedure to be followed. ****************************************************************************** APPEAL NO. 3039 - Property located at 757 West Point REQUEST: Harry Williams, Lot 14C,Block 6,Colonia Hidalgo, located in a RIB, One Family Dwelling District requesting a special use exception to allow a B-1, neighborhood business use on the whole lot where it is within 50 feet of the B-1 district boundary line. Box 9277 • Corpus Christi, Texas 78469-9277 • (512) 880-3000 City of Corpus ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Christi PAGE 2 SEPTEMBER 28, 1994 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Veteto,seconded by Mr. Barrera and passed unanimously to approve the special use exception to allow B-1 uses on the whole lot since it is within 50 feet of the district boundary line, subject to replat of Lot 14C and remaining portion of Lot 14 being replatted as a single lot on Lot 14C, Block 6, Colonia Hidalgo, since the Board finds that in its opinion,as a matter of fact,such special exception will not substantially adversely affect the adjacent property.
