Hines, Secretary H Chairman Meinrath opened the public hearing at 1:30 p.m.,in the Council Chambers at City Hall and explained the procedure to be followed. ****************************************************************************** APPEAL NO.3042- Property located at 7202 S. Staples REQUEST: Matt Balls representing Al Hogan Builders, Portion of Lot 1, Section 10 of Flour Bluff Encinal Farm&Garden Tract,located in a B-4, General Business District requesting to locate 4' x 8'temporary directional sign. REPLIES RECEIVED IN FAVOR: 0 REPLIES RECEIVED IN OPPOSITION: 0 APPEARING IN FAVOR: Matt Balls APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approval SCANNED P.O. Box 9277 • Corpus Christi, Texas 78469-9277 • (512) 880-3000 City of ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Corpus PAGE 2 Christi NOVEMBER 23, 1994 Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Veteto,seconded by Mr. Barrera and passed unanimously to approve the special use exception to locate a 4' x 8' temporary directional sign on a Portion of Lot 1,Section 10 of Flour Bluff Encinal Farm&Garden Tract, since the Board finds that in its opinion, as a matter of fact, such special exception will not substantially adversely affect the adjacent property. NOTE: For detailed information on testimony, refer to the tape retained on file in the Community Development Department. ****************************************************************************** MISCELLANEOUS A motion was made by Mr. Veteto, seconded by Ms. Garza and passed unanimously to approve the minutes of the prior meeting as submitted.
