Chairman Meinrath opened the public hearing at 1:30 p.m.,in the Council Chambers at City
Hall and explained the procedure to be followed.

REQUEST: Matt Balls representing Al Hogan Builders, Portion of Lot 1, Section 10 of Flour
Bluff Encinal Farm&Garden Tract,located in a B-4, General Business District requesting to locate
4' x 8'temporary directional sign.

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Veteto,seconded by Mr. Barrera and passed unanimously
to approve the special use exception to locate a 4' x 8' temporary directional sign on a Portion of Lot
1,Section 10 of Flour Bluff Encinal Farm&Garden Tract, since the Board finds that in its opinion,
as a matter of fact, such special exception will not substantially adversely affect the adjacent
property.
NOTE: For detailed information on testimony, refer to the tape retained on file in the
Community Development Department.

MISCELLANEOUS
A motion was made by Mr. Veteto, seconded by Ms. Garza and passed unanimously to
approve the minutes of the prior meeting as submitted.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
