1. Call to Order: 2.37pm

Present: Gary Camp, Ray Jones, Chuck Anastos and Ram Munoz
Absent: Robert Knowles, Steven McClure, and Randy Farrar
A. Approval of Absences:

Motion to approve absences was made by G, Camp and seconded by R. Jones.

V. Discussion and possible action regarding a Formal Complaint it by Guadalupe Hernandez
against Antarctic it and Texas Superior Construction and Foundation Repair Company—Project
Location: 225 Osage St. Staffs presentation was given by Norman Waiters, Inspections Project Manager,
The as reviewed photos showing the type and quality of work performed by Texas Superior
Construction and Foundation Repair Company, The photos showed the front porch beams in

Company is a non-licensed plumber his work has been brought before the MechanicaYPIumbin g Advisory
Board for review, he has also been cited by the state for soliciting as a licensed plumber, and also cited
by local Code Enforcement. The State has instructed him to advertise that work will be performed by a
"licensed plumber", which in this case, he has failed to do. Mr: Walters also stated this company is not
affiliated with Arctic Aire. A motion to proceed with scheduling a hearing to discuss all the facts about this
complaint was made by R Jones and seconded by R. Munoz. All in favor, none opposed.
