Gene I rgave Staffs presentation regarding this item. Statedthis Ordinance will bring
the City up to State compliance and resolve current residential delinquencies; however this
would not have prevented recent City's atr issues. The proposed phases r 1-
Residential,

si ei I, Phase 2-industrial, and Phase 3-Wells. Legal advisor stated Phase1 Ordinance
s already been drafted, unrelated to the City's recent water issues.
The advisory Board iscuss 3rd party testing, testing frequency, and air gap on all industrial
facilities. They debated whether testing should e a 1 year or 2 year cycle. Also discussed was
the possibilityf adding 3rd party testing customer's bill as a deferredn option as
opposed collecting charges in one lump sum.

Board) was made by R. Munozseconded by R. Farrar.
