VI. Discussion and possible action regarding the election of the 2017 Chairperson and Vice Chairperson of the
Building Code Board of Appeals.
• Since all active Boar dmembers are not present, the decision was made to table this item until the next
quarterly meeting on May 18, 2017. Motion was made by R. Farrar and S. McClure,,

Update on the Ordinance regarding Bacw Assembly Testing. City Council has approved the
Ordinance to contract companies to perforackilossembly Testing on delinquent accounts. No

X. Building Official's Report:
Gene Delauro gave Building official's report on department updates and permit recap for 2017 to date.
