CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Johnny Cotton, declared a quorum and called the meeting to order at 1:32pm
ROLL CALL:
The first item of business was roll call. Bill Alford was absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
'Approval of minutes for May 24,2007 meeting. A motion to was made to except the
minutes, all in favor.
There was a variance for BCO 070702 3942 Laguna Shores,Corpus Christi,Texas
variance was granted. Recommendation submitted to City Council for John Dykema and
• Mike Lippincott. Previous variance was tabled until the customer comes back with a
better solution. There was no Building Official's report. Meeting adjourned.
ADJOURNMENT:
