The Regularly Scheduled Meeting of the BUILDING CODE BOARD OF APPEALS of
the City of Corpus Christi will be held, Thursday, December 17, 1998, 1:30 p.m., in the
Committee Room on the First Floor of City Hall, 1201 Leopard, Corpus Christi, Texas.
1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Approval or correction of the November 24, 1998 minutes including previous board
member absences.
4. Building Official's Report.
5. Discussion of the 1997 Standard Building Code, The Texas Department of Insurance
Building Code for Windstorm Resistant Construction, Chapter 1 Administrative
Chapter and the Corpus Christi Amendments to the Standard Building Code.
6. Discussion of Pending and/or Old Business items.
7. Petitions from the audience.
8. Adjournment.
