SUBJECT: Building Code Board of Appeals
This is to advise you that there will be no meeting of the Building Code Board of Appeals
for the month of September.
According to Chapter 1 - Administration of the Corpus Christi Technical Construction
Code, Section 105.2.5.1.2. Frequency of Meetings, the meeting may be canceled if there
is no business to discuss. We contacted the chairman, Brian Barnett, and he agreed to
cancel the meeting since there was no appeals and the ordinance on the building code is
not in a form ready for discussion by the board.
