I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Jesus Jimenez at 2:35 p.m. in the Council Chambers Staff
conference room on the first floor of City Hall.
II. ROLL CALL

III. MINUTES
The board reviewed and discussed possible candidates to be recommended for appointment
to the board by the City Council. A motion was made by Ted Stephens, and seconded by Shane
Tomo to recommend Clarissa Beltran and Randal Salazar to City Council for appointment of
new board members. A roll call vote was taken and the motion passed.
IV. Adjournment
A motion was made by Ted Stephens seconded by Jesus Jimenez to adjourn the
meeting at 3:00 p.m.
