I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Matthew Ezell at 1:38 P.M. in the Council Chambers on
the first floor of City all.

IV. MINUTES
A motion was made by Craig S. Loving and seconded by Gary K.Adams to approve the
minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 28, 2016. A roll call vote was taken and the motion
passed unanimously.
V. STAFF REPORT
The Staff Report was presented to the Board for discussion and information regarding cases
for 2015 to present.
I. PUBLIC COMMENT
A motion was made by Matthew Ezell to open the floor for public comment.As there was
no response, Matthew Ezell closed the public comment.

Motion:
A motion was made Joel De La Garza and seconded by Dante C. Miller to accept the staff
recommendation and require demolition of the structure(s) according to Section 13-
22(H)(1) (c)of the Corpus Christi Property Maintenance Code in which the owner will be
allowed thirty(30)days to obtain proper permits and complete the demolition of the
structure(s)located at 1505 Coahuila St.,(LOS ENCINOS BLIK D LOT 10). If the
demolition is not started and completed as required,then the City is authorized to
demolish.A roll call vote was taken and passed unanimously.
