The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers
on the first floor of City Hall.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff The following are summaries of action taken by board.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To require demolition due to the extent of deterioration

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. D. Jones, seconded by Mr. San Miguel and passed
unanimously to allow demolition to the vacant manufactured mobile home according to Section 13-
26 (G), (1), (c)of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit
and thirty (30) days to complete demolition of the property located at 341 Anchor,Naval Center,

(60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition.of the property located

completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.

additional ninety (90) days to complete repairs or thirty(30)days to complete the demolition of the

and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.

days through the "Clean Sweep" Program due in September 2000 located at 702 Meuly, Villa

authorized to demolish.

A motion was made by Mr. San Miguel and seconded by Mrs. Bacak and passed unanimously to
