The meeting was called to order by Chairman Jones at 1:35 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the
first floor of City Hall.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by board.

to allow demolition to the vacant structure according to Section 13-25 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus
Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days,to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to

13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Code of Ordinance allowing sixty (60) days to obtain a permit and sixty
(60)days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition and come back with a
progress report to the November 16, 2000 hearing on property located at 3861 Ocean Drive, Cole
