Hines, Secretary The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman San Miguel at 1:39 p.m., in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by board. ************************************************************************ 1402 Casa Verde - Casa Linda Estates, Block 14;Lot 1 Alfred R. Sanchez, et ux, owner STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To allow repairs due to the extent of deterioration to the two story dwelling; to require demolition due to the extent of deterioration to the detached garage. APPEARING IN FAVOR: 0 APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mrs. Bacak, seconded by Mr. Goin and passed unanimously to grant repairs to the vacant structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to SCANNED complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition; to allow demolition to the detached accessory structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), ((c) of the Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to complete demolition of the property located at 1402 Casa Verde, Casa Linda Estates, Block 14, Lot 1. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish. APPEARING IN FAVOR: 0 APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mrs. Bacak, seconded by Mr. Goin and passed unanimously to grant repairs to the vacant structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition; to allow demolition to the detached storage shed according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to complete demolition of the property located at 723 Eleanor, Seikel, Block 6, Lots 22 & 23.
