The meeting was called to order by Chairman, D. Ray Jones at 1:50 p.m. in the Council
Chambers on the first floor of City Hall.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent
to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A visual presentation
showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are
summaries of action taken by the Board.
939 Admiral—Flour Bluff Estates, Lot 4, Block J Thomas Reser, Jr., Owner
STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To require demolition of the seven dwellings and four
accessory structures due to the extent of deterioration.

Motion: Motion was made by Ms. Bacak seconded by Mr. McGuire and passed
unanimously to amend the staff recommendation and grant the repairs to the structure
according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing
C) thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to begin construction and one
5V:: hundred twenty (120) days to complete the repairs of the seven dwellings and four

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Jones, seconded by Mr. San Miguel and passed
unanimously to accept staff recommendation and allow demolition to the structure
according to Section 13-26, (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance
allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to complete demolition
of the property located at 2302 Greer,Waldron, Sub Lot 4, Block 1. If repairs or
demolition are not started and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.

August 24, 2000 from demolition to repairs according to Section 13-26, (G), (1), (a) of
the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and
sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the
main structure on the property located at 201 Edwards, Southmoreland, Block 17, Lot
12. The detached shed to be demolished. If repairs or demolition are not started and
completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.
