Ray Jones at 1:50 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A visual presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by the Board. 939 Admiral—Flour Bluff Estates, Lot 4, Block J Thomas Reser, Jr., Owner STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To require demolition of the seven dwellings and four accessory structures due to the extent of deterioration. APPEARING IN FAVOR: Thomas Reser, Owner Bill May, Realtor APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Ms. Bacak seconded by Mr. McGuire and passed unanimously to amend the staff recommendation and grant the repairs to the structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing C) thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to begin construction and one 5V:: hundred twenty (120) days to complete the repairs of the seven dwellings and four accessory structures located on the property at 939 Admiral, Flour Bluff Estates, Lot 4, Block J .
