The meeting was called to order by Chairman, D. Ray Jones at 1:37 p.m. in the Council
Chambers on the first floor of City Hall.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent
to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A visual presentation
showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are
summaries of action taken by the Board.
2014 Howard—Wilburn, Lot 17, Block 1 Clint Carter, Owner
BOARD DECISION 8/24/00 To allow demolition due to the extent of deterioration
aSTAFF RECOMMENDATION: To reverse decision to repairs
APPEARING IN FAVOR: Clint Carter, Owner
APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0

CO Motion: Motion was made by Mr. McGuire seconded by Mr. SanMiguel and passed
unanimously to accept the staff recommendation and grant the repairs to the structure
according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing
thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30)
days to complete the demolition of the property located at 2014 Howard, Wilburn, Lot
17, Block 1. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required, the City
be authorized to demolish.

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. San Miguel seconded by Mr. Garza and passed
unanimously to allow demolition to the structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c)
of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and
thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 1821 Lipan, Paul
Ct., E 50' of Lot 8, All FRCL pts of Block 1 Brenna and Block 16. If repairs or
demolition are not started and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. San Miguel seconded by Mr. Garza and passed
unanimously to accept staff recommendation and grant repairs to the structures according
to Section 13-26, (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty
(30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to
complete the demolition of the property located at 618 Ohio, Lindale P ark, W 20' Lot
34, All of Lot 35, Block 3. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.
