Kendall, Zoning/Code Enforcement Administrator Lisa M. Huerta, Secretary The meeting was called to order by Chairman, D. Ray Jones at 1:37 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A visual presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by the Board. 2014 Howard—Wilburn, Lot 17, Block 1 Clint Carter, Owner BOARD DECISION 8/24/00 To allow demolition due to the extent of deterioration aSTAFF RECOMMENDATION: To reverse decision to repairs APPEARING IN FAVOR: Clint Carter, Owner APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 V CO Motion: Motion was made by Mr. McGuire seconded by Mr. SanMiguel and passed unanimously to accept the staff recommendation and grant the repairs to the structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 2014 Howard, Wilburn, Lot 17, Block 1. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish. NOTE: For detailed information on testimony, refer to the tape retained on file in the Community Development Department. 1821 Lipan —Paul Ct., E 50' of Lot 8, All FRCL pts of Block 1 Brenna and Block 16 Estate of Max Orshanski, Owner STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To allow demolition due to the extent of deterioration APPEARING IN FAVOR: 0 APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mr. San Miguel seconded by Mr. Garza and passed unanimously to allow demolition to the structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 1821 Lipan, Paul Ct., E 50' of Lot 8, All FRCL pts of Block 1 Brenna and Block 16.
