Huerta, Secretary The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Beverly Bacak at 1:38 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A visual presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by the Board. 5710 S.Alameda—Main Structure Waverly Estates 3, Lot LR, Block 1 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To grant repairs to the structure due to the extent of deterioration.
