Guerra STAFF PRESENT George P.Oresco,Zoning&Code Enforcement/Neighborhood Services Administrator Michael Hernandez,Property Advisor,III Rosie E.Ramirez, Secretary The meeting was called to order by Beverly Bacak,at 1:35 p.m.in the Council Chambers on the first floor of City Hall. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. Staff conducted a visual presentation showing the condition of each property.The following are summaries of action taken by the Board. 1216 Elgin -Main Structure La Paloma Lot 4,Block 4 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To require demolition due to the extent of deterioration APPEARING IN FAVOR: Violanda Rios APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Rudy Garza,seconded by Ms. Sue Corey and passed unanimously to demolish the structure at, 1216 Elgin,La Paloma,Lot 4,Block 4. SCANNED 1618 Sixteenth -Main Structure Fitchue P1 Lots 41 and 42,Block 1303 STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To require demolition,denied decision for reversal, revert to original decision for demolition. APPEARING IN FAVOR: 0 APPEARING IN OPPOSITION: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mr.Rudy Garza,seconded by Ms. Sue Corey and passed unanimously to revert to original decision for demolition of vacant structure at, 1618 Sixteenth,Fitchue PI lots 41 and 42, Block 1303. Special hearing to be scheduled for the property located at,618 Ohio,Lindale Park W20' Lot 34 All Lt 35,Block 3.
