MINUTES OF THE BUILDING STANDARDS BOARD

The meeting was called to order by Beverly Bacak, at 1:40 p.m. in the Council Chambers
on the first floor of City Hall.
The meeting was dperied:by informing those that the appropriate notices have been sent
to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. Staff conducted a visual
presentation showing the condition of each property. The following are summaries of
action taken by the Board.
4318 Angela - main structure & Molina#2 Lot 11B, Block 5

Motion: Motion was made by Beverly Bacak seconded by Ms. Sue Corey and passed
unanimously to accept staff recommendation and allow demolition to the structures
according to Section 13-26 (G), (1)(C) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinances
allowing thirty(30) days to obtain a permit and thirty(30)days to complete the
demolition of the property located at, 4318 Angela,Molina#2,Lot 11B,Block 5. If
demolition is not started and completed as required,the City be authorized to demolish.
