The meeting was called to order by Ben Grande at 1:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers
of City Hall. A quorum was present.
Mr. Gorham opened the meeting by informing those present that the appropriate
notices had been sent to the property owners and notices published in the
newspaper. Presentations on each property were made by staff and slides showing
the conditions of the properties were viewed. The following are summaries of actions
taken by the Board on the respective properties:
4214 Laguna Shores
This residential structure is set on a concrete beam foundation. Exterior walls
consist of cinder blocks that are cracked and badly in need of paint. Roof consists
of built-up materials that is deteriorated. Windows and window screens are either
rotted, torn, or broken and do not operate properly. Window frames, sills and
sashes are rotted. Front and rear door and door screens are broken, rotted, and/or
missing. Door sills and hardware are broken and missing. Floor, wall, and ceiling
covers are either broken, cracked, torn and smoke damaged throughout the
structure. Light fixtures are missing throughout. Kitchen drain board is not
waterproofed. Wall cabinets are rotted and missing. Faucets are broken. Electrical
and plumbing systems are obsolete.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1), (a) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and dilapidated condition of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore the owner

be required to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are
started, an additional sixty (60) days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code
standards. If demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to
complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.
The owner, Berneice Lambert, was present and addressed the Board. She informed
the Board that the necessary repairs were already in progress and that additional
repairs were planned. She explained that due to the amount of debris that had to
be hauled away repairs had not promptly commenced on the structure. Pastor James
questioned how current the slides were. Mr. Rivera replied that the slides were
recently taken and developed.
Mr. Baker motioned to accept the staff recommendation, seconded by Mr. Anslinger.
Motion passed unanimously.
SUMMARY OF THE BOARD DECISION: Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) ,
(1), (a) of the City Housing Code and due to the substandard and intrinsic state of
disrepair of the structure, a hazard to the health, safety and welfare of the public
is henceforth declared. Therefore, the owner be required to start repairs or
demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are started, an additional sixty (60)
days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code standards. If the demolition is
started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the demolition. If
repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required, the City be
authorized to demolish.
The owner, Steve Burkett, was present and addressed the Board on the following
properties: 922-1/2 Park; 523 King; 1001 Agnes and 1003 Mary.
922-1/2 Park
This two-story apartment structure is set on concrete piers that are not level. Wood
sills and floor joists are rotted and sagging. Exterior wood siding is rotted,
cracked, missing, broken and badly in need of paint. Window and door frames are
rotted and broken. Window screens and glass are broken and or missing. Front
porch floor and supports are broken, loose and rotted. Stairway steps, railings and
landings are missing. Interior floors are rotted with holes throughout. Wall and
ceiling cover is torn, broken and deteriorated. Composition shingle roof cover is
deteriorated and has loose ridges. Roof rafters are sagging and rotted at the eaves.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1), (c) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and intrinsic state of disrepair of the structure, a hazard to
the health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore, the
owner be required to demolish the structure within thirty (30) days. If demolition
is started an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the demolition. If
demolition is not started and completed as required the City be authorized to
demolish.
Mr. Burkett, the owner, informed the Board that bids for demolition were taken on
this structure but that he needed an extension to start on the demolition. He
requested an extension to January 1992. Mr. Grande asked the owner what his
intentions were with the other properties. Mr. Burkett replied that he planned to

board up the properties at 523 King, 1001 Agnes and 1003 Mary. Mr. Ewing asked
the owner why the contractor could not start demolition earlier than the January
date. Mr. Burkett explained that he had acquired two low bids, the lowest and
second to the lowest bid could not commence the demolition until January 6, 1992.
Pastor James expressed concern regarding the time frame on the Park Street
property. He stated that the property would be open to transients who could start
fires as a result of trying to keep warm during the cold weather and other hazards
for those two months. Mr. Grande asked for staff's opinion. Mr. Rivera agreed with
Pastor James' concern. He explained to the Board that if the structures were at
least boarded up it would eliminate some of the hazards. Mr. Gorham said that our
department was receiving too many complaints on the property and recommended that
the Board accept staff's recommendation. Mr. Salazar inquired if the same
contractor would perform the work on the other properties. Mr. Burkett said no,
he would have to obtain bids for the other properties.
Mr. Grande motioned to accept the staff recommendation, seconded by Mr. Salazar.
Motion passed unanimously.

disrepair of the structure, a hazard to the health, safety and welfare of the public

be authorized to demolish.
1001 Agnes Street
This residential two-story, 4-unit apartment building is set on concrete piers. The
exterior wood siding is loose, rotted and is badly in need of paint. Windows and sills
are broken and screens missing. Composition shingle roof is worn, rafters sagging
and rotted at the eaves. Galvanized metal over rear porch area is rusted and loose.
The plumbing and electrical systems are disconnected and obsolete.

Mr. Burkett proposed to have the structure boarded and the staircase removed. He
stated that bids fordemolition have been acquired. He explained that Bunny
Tinker, of the Landmark Commission, was interested in researching the history of
the structure to determine its historical value. Mr. Burkett stated that the economic
situation was not good at this time to start repairs. Ms. Tinker then addressed the
Board. She stated that the Commission was meeting after the hearing and that this
structure would be discussed to evaluate if the Commission was interested in the
dwelling. Mr. Rivera informed the Board that the Landmark Commission has a wish
list of properties with possible historical significance and that this structure was on

their list. Pastor James informed the owner that he could appeal the decision of the
Board.
Mr. Anslinger motioned to accept the staff recommendation, seconded by Mr. Ewing.
Motion passed unanimously.

screens torn. Interior has been vandalized throughout. Composition shingle roof
cover is deteriorated and ridge is loose. Roof rafters are rotted at the eaves. The
plumbing and electrical systems are disconnected.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and dilapidated condition of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore the owner
be required to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are
started, an additional sixty (60) days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code
Standards. If demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to
complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.
Mr. Burkett agreed with staff recommendation for repairs but requested an
extension of 180 days. He said the structure was already boarded and secured.
Pastor James asked for comments or objections from staff. Mr. Rivera responded to
and said that the structure was not secured and recommended it be boarded up
immediately.
Mr. Grande motioned to accept the amended staff recommendation with the stipulation
that the structure be boarded up immediately, seconded by Mr. Salazar. Motion
passed unanimously.

(1.), (a) of. the City Housing Code and due to the substandard and intrinsic state of
disrepair of the structure, a hazard to the health, safety and welfare of the public

523 King
This two-story apartment structure is set on concrete piers. Wood sills and floor
joists are rotted and sagging. Flooring throughout structure is deteriorated.
Portions of exterior walls are rotted. Windows are broken and screens missing.
interior floors are rotted and covers torn throughout. Wall and ceiling cover is
cracked and broken. Composition shingle roof cover is worn and deteriorated.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1) , (a) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and dilapidated condition of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore the owner
be required to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are
started, an additional sixty (60) days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code
Standards. If demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to
complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.

extension of 90 days to start repairs and 180 days to complete repairs.
Mr. Anslinger motioned to accept the amended staff recommendation, seconded by
Mr. Grande. Motion passed unanimously.

the structure and to start repairs or demolition within ninety (90) days. If repairs
are started, an additional ninety (90) days be allowed to complete repairs to City
Code standards. If the demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be
allowed to complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and
completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.
301.3 Agnes (aka) 408 Dolores
This commercial structure is set on a concrete slab foundation. Exterior brick with
wood siding is cracked and in need of paint. Window sills are broken and door
hardware missing. Asphalt roof cover is deteriorated. The plumbing and electrical
system are obsolete.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1) , (a) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and dilapidated condition of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore the owner
be required to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are
started, an additional sixty (60) days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code
Standards. If demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to

complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.
Ms. Aurora Z. Cantu, owner, was present and addressed the Board. She agreed to
demolish the back portion of the structure butrequested an extension. Mr. Grande
inquired if this dwelling contained two buildings. Mr. Rivera replied the structure
had been surveyed as one property. The rear portion was being used as a
residential dwelling. Ms. Cantu agreed to demolish the rear portion of the structure
and commence repairs on the front portion of the structure.
Mr. Grande motioned to accept the staff recommendation, seconded by Mr. Salazar.
Motion passed unanimously.

2720 Mary
These six (6) residential apartment structures are set on concrete pyramid piers that
are not level. Exterior asbestos tiles are cracked, missing and/or broken. Doors.
are missing or broken. Front concrete porches are cracked and sunken. Interior
walls and ceilings are broken with holes throughout the structure. Composition
shingle roof cover is deteriorated. The plumbing and electrical systems are
disconnected and obsolete.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and dilapidated condition of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore the owner
be required to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are
started, an additional sixty (60) days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code
Standards. If demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to
complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.
The owner, Charles Fritcher, was present and addressed the Board. He informed
the Board that he was the owner by default. He explained that a purchaser was
interested in the property and therefore requested a ninety-day extension to sell the
property. In the meantime he promised to board up the structure and keep the yard
mowed on a regular basis. He mentioned that if the sale went through the new owner
would be made aware of the Board's decision and also that the new owner take the
initiative to refurbish the structure. Pastor James requested staff's opinion. Mr.
Gorham conveyed his concern regarding the ninety-day extension due to numerous
complaints on the dwellings and the need for repairs.

Mr. Grande motioned to accept the amended staff recommendation, seconded by Mr.
Anslinger. Motion passed unanimously.

authorized to demolish. The owner is to immediately board up all six (6) structures
and keep the premises mowed on a regular basis.
2010 Caldwell
This structure, possibly used as a residence at one time, is now used as a storage
building. The structure is set on a concrete pier foundation that is sunken, leaning
and not level. Wood sills and floor joists are sagging and rotted. Exterior wood
siding is rotted and broken. Windows are broken and screens are either torn and/or
missing. The roof consisting of wood shingles, is rotted with holes throughout the
structure. Roof rafters are sagging and rotted at the eaves.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G), (1) , (c) of the City Housing Code and due
to the substandard and intrinsic state of disrepair of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore, the
owner be required to demolish the structure within thirty (30) days. If demolition
is started an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the demolition. If
demolition is not started and completed as required the City be authorized to
demolish.
The owner, Felix Linan is deceased; Carlos Pena, the deceased owner's nephew,
spoke on behalf of Solomon Linan, brother of the deceased, both present. Mr. Pena
explained that they were having legal problems due to no will being left by the
grandfather. Mr. Pena also mentioned that they had applied for a demolition grant
and were waiting to see if they had qualified. Mr. Gonzales stated that a demolition
permit had been acquired and that he had given the owner 45 days to complete the
demolition. Pastor James directed Mr. Pena to keep the department advised of
further legal ramifications.
Mr. Ewing motioned to accept the staff recommendation, seconded by Mr. Baker.
Motion passed unanimously.

1225 Preston
This residential structure is set on a concrete slab foundation that is cracked. Wood
sills are rotted and decayed. Exterior walls consist of masonry and plywood that is
cracked, loose, rotted and open to the elements. Roof consists of composition --
shingles and roll roofing material that are worn, torn, rotted and /or missing.
Fascia boards and soffets, are rotted. Rafters are sagging and rotted. Windows and
window screens are either rotted, broken and/or missing. Frames, sills and sashes
are rotted. Front & rear door screens are either missing, rotted or broken.
Accessory structure is typical to above. Electrical and plumbing systems are
obsolete.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and intrinsic state of disrepair of the structures, a hazard
to the health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore,
the owner be required to demolish both structures within thirty (30) days. If
demolition is started an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the
demolition. If demolition is not started and completed as required the City be
authorized to demolish.
The owner, Sandra Handy, was present and addressed the Board. Ms. Handy stated
that she wanted to repair the front structure which serves as a residence. She did
not want the structure demolished. Mr. Gorham mentioned that an inspection had
been done which indicated the structure was in a deteriorated condition. Ms. Handy
also agreed with staff on the conditions of the accessory structure and would
proceed to have that structure demolished.
Mr. Anslinger motioned to accept the amended staff recommendation, seconded by
Mr. Baker. Motion passed unanimously.
SUMMARY OF THE BOARD DECISION: Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G),
(1) , (c) of the City Housing Code and due to the substandard and intrinsic state of
disrepair of the structure, a hazard to the health, safety and welfare of the public
is henceforth declared. Therefore, the owner be required to start demolition within
thirty (30) days on the accessory structure. If the demolition is not completed
within thirty (30) days, the City be authorized to demolish. The owner has the
option to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days on the structure which
is to be used for residential purposes. If repairs are started an additional sixty (60)
days be allowed to complete .repairs. If repairs are not startedand completed as
required the City be authorized to demolish.
1822 Stillman (aka) 2621 Dempsey
This structure, which at one time served as a detached garage with an upstairs
apartment unit, is set on wood sills that are sunken and rotted. At some point in
time, the upstairs apartment was demolishedand the downstairs detached garage was
left open to the elements. Exterior wood siding is rotted with holes throughout the
structure.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1), (c) of the City Housing Code and

due to the substandard and intrinsic state.of disrepair of the structure, a hazard to
the health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore, the
owner be required to demolish the structure within thirty (30) days. If demolition
is started an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the demolition. If
demolition is not started and completed as required the City be authorized to
demolish.
The owner, S. R. Muckelroy, signed in but left the hearing before getting a chance
to address the Board.
Mr. Baker motioned to accept the staff recommendation, seconded by Mr. Salazar.
Motion passed unanimously.

thirty (30) days. If the demolition is not completed within thirty (30) days, the City
be authorized to demolish.
5602 Burton Lane
This one and one-half (1-1/2) story single family dwelling is unfinished and has
never been occupied. The dwelling's exterior wood siding and trim has never been
painted or otherwise treated to protect it from the elements. This dwelling has no
electrical service, panel, wiring, or fixtures. The dwelling's interior has no
covering on wall framing, no covering on concrete floor slab, no plumbing fixtures,
and no electrical fixtures. The building permit to erect this structure was acquired
on July 22, 1988 and has yet to be completed.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under 'the provisions of Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and dilapidated condition of the structure, a hazard to the
health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore the owner
be required to start repairs or demolition within thirty (30) days. If repairs are
started, an additional sixty (60) days be allowed to complete repairs to City Code
Standards. If demolition is started, an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to
complete the demolition. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.
The .owner, John Casey, was present and addressed the Board. Mr. Casey
explained the reasons for the delayed repairs on the structure. He stated he was
currently unemployed and had been for some time. He requested additional time to
start painting the structure and have it secured. He also said the property would
be kept clean on a regular basis. Mr. Gonzales informed the Board that Mr. Casey
needed to renew the building permit as soon as possible. Mr. Grande requested that
this case be scheduled at the next hearing in January of 1992 so the owner could give
the Board an updated status report on the property.
Mr. Grande motioned to accept the amended staff recommendation, seconded by Mr.
Ewing. Motion passed unanimously.

SUMMARY OF THE BOARD DECISION: The owner is required to start painting and
boarding up the structure within thirty (30) days. This case is to be presented
before the Board at their next scheduled hearing of January 1992 at which time the
owner is required to update the Board on the accomplished repairs.
708 Eleanor
This residential structure is set on concrete piers that are leaning and not level.
Wood sills and floor joists are rotted and sagging. Exterior wood siding is rotted,
loose, missing, broken and badly in need of paint. Window and door screens are
missing. Front porch floor is loose and rotted. Rear porch is missing. Composition
shingle roof cover over wood shingles is deteriorated, rotted and the roof rafters are
sagging and rotted at the eaves. The electrical and plumbing systems are obsolete.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1) , (c) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and intrinsic state of disrepair of the structure, a hazard to
the health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore, the
owner be required to demolish the structure within thirty (30) days. If demolition
is started an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the demolition. If
demolition is not started and completed as required the City be authorized to
demolish.
The owner, Alicia Alvarado, was present and addressed the Board. Ms. Alvarado
concurred with staff's recommendation and requested a ninety-day extension to start
and complete demolition.
Mr. Baker motioned to accept the amended staff recommendation, seconded by Mr.
Grande. Motion passed unanimously.

This two-story structure used as residential apartment units is set on a concrete
pier foundation. The structure was recently involved in a fire that destroyed a
large majority of the interior and the roof. Exterior wood siding covered with
aluminum siding was largely destroyed by fire. Plumbing and electrical systems
including all fixtures were destroyed by fire.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:

The owner, T.D. Madden, was present and addressed the Board. Ms. Madden
agreed with the staff recommendation and stated that she has spoken to several
contractors but has had no success in obtaining a contractor. Ms. Madden inquired
if she as the owner could begin removing the asbestos before obtaining a permit for
demolition. Mr. Rivera strongly cautioned the owner to check with OSHA on the
regulations that had to be complied with when removing and disposing of asbestos
material and especially on obtaining an authorized asbestos remover. Mr. Gorham
stated that the owner needed a permit before initiating any work.

missing. These structures are open and have been badly vandalized. Floors are
rotted, cracked and broken throughout the structures. Ceiling and wall covers are
broken with holes throughout the structures. The plumbing and electrical systems
are disconnected and obsolete.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION:
Under the provisions of Section 13-26 (G) , (1) , (c) of the City Housing Code and
due to the substandard and intrinsic state of disrepair of the structures, a hazard
to the health, safety and welfare of the public is henceforth declared. Therefore,
the owner be required to demolish all five (5) structures within thirty (30) days.
If demolition is started an additional thirty (30) days be allowed to complete the
demolition. If demolition is not started and completed as required the City be
authorized to demolish.
The owner, Willie Loa, was present and addressed the Board. He requested an
extension due to his default on the loan to Padre Federal Savings. While Padre
Federal Savings was in the process of repossessing the property they went out of
business, therefore, the Resolution Trust Corporation obtained possession. Mr. Loa
has not received notification of when repossession proceedings will start. Mr. Loa
inquired on moving the structures out of the city and what the requirements were.
Mr. Rivera stated that moving permits would have to be obtained. Mr. Grande asked
the owner if had received any further letters regarding repossession and if he would
agree with the repossession. The owner replied he had not received notification
from RTC and that he would go along with the repossession. Pastor James then
asked what would happen if the demolition could not take place within thirty days.

Mr. Gorham replied that the owner would be notified of a request for bids and a
contract for the lowest bid issued for demolition if the owner was not able to comply
within ten days to demolish. Mr. Grande stated that Mr. Loa was probably
concerned because he was still considered the legal owner. Mr. Loa stated he would --
agree with the staff's recommendation.

composition shingles that are either torn, rotted or missing. Second story exit
stairs and staircases are dilapidated. Accessory storage structure is set on a
concrete beam foundation. Sills and floor joists are either rotted, broken or
missing. Roof consists of composition shingles that are torn, broken and missing.
Exterior walls are decayed or missing.

who spoke on behalf of Pacific Southwest. Ms. Terry reported that Pacific
Southwest intended to place the property in a bulk sale within the next 90 to 120
days and also have the structure boarded and the outside stairs removed. Bids for
demolition were already acquired. She requested sixty days to begin demolition and
thirty days to complete demolition due to a pending bulk sale on the property.

requested a sixty-day extension for repairs or demolition. The next door neighbors
are in the process of purchasing the property. The potential buyer plans to
demolish the structure and build a new one. Mr. Gonzales stated that the lot was 25
feet and in order to build on it the owner would have to go through the Planning and
Zoning Commission to obtain permission. Ms. Abarca explained that the property
was on two 50-foot lots. Mr. Rivera conveyed to Ms. Abarca the legalities involved
if 6,000 square feet of lot area was not available to build a structure on the property
and that the purchaser needed to be made aware of potential problems. Mr. Rivera
explained that if the lots were combined everything would have to be replatted and
a separate house would not be able to constructed. Ms. Abarca stated that a very
small dwelling would be built.

structure is repairable. He requested that the staff recommendation be amended to
include a ninety-day extension in order to sell the property to a local buyer with a
contingency in the contract which stipulates that the new owner must begin repairs
within thirty days of purchase and complete repairs within sixty days of purchase.
Mr. Hulsey conveyed the Bank's intention to market the property through a broker.
Mr. Rivera informed the Board that the structure had problems with the concrete
and septic system. Mr. Hulsey again conveyed the Bank's intention to include a
contingency in the sale of the property. Mr. Hulsey stated that if the extension
was granted this would given them time to sell the property, if the property was not
sold during that period of time then CCNB would begin repairs on the structure.

Mr. Rivera stated that he met with the owner, Ashley Johnson, on October 10, 1991.
Due to Mr. Johnson being out of the country, a letter was presented which stated
his intentions of not renovating the property or pay any taxes on it. Ms. Tinker,
Landmark Commission, addressed the Board. She requested a two-month extension
due to the Commission's interest in the property and so that they could work out an
agreement with the owner. She stated she made a drive-by inspection of the

structure. Ms. Tinker said she would keep us informed if the Commission was
interested in pursuing the preservation of the structure. Mr. Gorham suggested
that the Board consider delaying the case until the next hearing so the Commission
could have time to contact or meet with the owner. Mr. Rivera expressed his
concern with leaving the building unsecured for the next three months until the next
hearing. Pastor James was also concerned and inquired if the property had been
mowed. Mr. Rivera stated that the property has not been mowed and that Mr.
Johnson made clear his intentions of not spending another penny.

the violations.

plumbing systems were destroyed and would have to be replaced.

August 16, 1990 were presented. Mr. Gorham updated the Board on the status of
this property. He explained it was currently under litigation and the problem of
ownership still existed. Mr. Gorham requested additional time to bring this case
1>ofore the Board at the January hearing. Pastor James asked what options the
Board had since they had previously made a ruling on the property. Mr. Gorham
stated that no action was needed at this time until the next hearing, therefore no
action was taken on this item.
