The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Sandra Field at 1:40 p.m., in the Council Chambers
at City Hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by the Board.

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. D. Jones, seconded by Rev. Houston and passed
unanimously to allow repairs to this occupied dwelling according to Section 13-26(g), (1),(a)of the
Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days
to complete repairs or thirty(30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 11329
Blades,Mesa,Lot 3,Block 2. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required,the
City be authorized to demolish.
