The meeting was called or order by Chairman, Sandra Field at 1:35 p.m., in the Council Chambers
at City Hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board.

obtain a permit and one hundred twenty (120) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to

to demolish.

repairs. If demolition is started, allowing thirty (30) days to complete the demolition; to allow

Code of Ordinance allowing thirty(30) days to obtain a permit and sixty(60) days to complete the
