Hines, Secretary II The meeting was called or order by Chairman, Sandra Field at 1:35 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall. A quorum was present. The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board. ******************************************************************************* 762 Ashland-Windsor Park#2,Lot 27, Block 8 Thomas Riddick, owner STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To allow repairsdue to the extent of deterioration APPEARING IN FAVOR: Patrick McGuire, neighbor APPEARING AGAINST: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Hada, seconded by Mr. D. Jones and passed unanimously to allow repairs to the vacant dwelling according to Section 13-26(G); (1), (a)of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 762 Ashland, Windsor Park#2,Lot 27;Block 8. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required, the City be authorized to demolish.
