Hines, Secretary II The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:45 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall. A quorum was present. The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board. ******************************************************************************* 1002 Antelope-Bluff, Lot 1 & S/2 of Lot 2,Block 35 Lev. H. Prichard, III, owner STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To allow repairs due to the extent of deterioration APPEARING IN FAVOR: 0 APPEARING AGAINST: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mr. D. Jones, seconded by Mr. Hada and passed unanimously to allow repairs to the commercial building with garage in the rear according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 1002 Antelope, Bluff, Lot 1 & S/2 of Lot 2, Block 35. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required the City be authorized to demolish.
