The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:45 p.m., in the Council Chambers
at City Hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board.

to allow repairs to the commercial building with garage in the rear according to Section 13-26 (G),
(1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and
sixty (60) days to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property
located at 1002 Antelope, Bluff, Lot 1 & S/2 of Lot 2, Block 35. If repairs or demolition are not
started and completed as required the City be authorized to demolish.
