A quorum was present. The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board. ********************************************************************************* 1015 S.Alameda-Bay Terrace, Lots 1 thru 3, Block 8 Juanita M.Vandermeer,owner STAFF RECOMMENDATION: To allow repairs due to the extent of deterioration to the front and rear guest house;to require demolition due to the extent of deterioration to the detached garage. APPEARING IN FAVOR: Received a letter from David Bonilla for the owner APPEARING AGAINST: 0 Motion: Motion was made by Mr. Hada, seconded by Mr. D. Jones and passed unanimously to grant the repairs to the front and rear house structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition;to allow demolition to the detached garage according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing SCANNED thirty(30)days to obtain a permit and thirty(30)days to complete demolition of the property located at 1015 S.
