The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers
at City Hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those present that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff The following are summaries of action taken by Board.

unanimously to allow repairs to vacant structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1) (a) of the
Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days
to complete repairs or thirty (30) days to complete the demolition of the property located at 1005

property located at 513 (aka) 540 N. Chaparral, Beach,Block 11 N 70' of E 105' of Lots 3 &4. If
repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required,the City be authorized to demolish.

(60)days to complete repairs or thirty or(30)days to complete the demolition of the property located
at 911 Martin Luthe King,Block 36,Lot 5,Exc SE Tri. If repairs or demolition are not started and
completed as required the City be authorized to demolish.
