Hines, Secretary The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers at City Hall. A quorum was present. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper.A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. Jones, seconded by Mr. Veteto and passed unanimously to repair garage and amend staff recommendatin to allow repairs to the attached storage room, with required engineers foundation plan on entire structure according Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty(30) days to obtain a permit and ninety (90) days to complete repairs to the property located at 313 N. Morningside, Morningside,Lot 17, Block 6. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required,the City be authorized to demolish. The Board ask staff to bring a progress report back to the November 1998 hearing.
