Hines, Secretary The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:35 p.m. ., in the Council Chambers at City Hall. A quorum was present. The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff.
