MINUTES OF THE BUILDING STANDARD BOARD
OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS
NOVEMBER 20, 1998

The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:35 p.m. ., in the Council Chambers
at City Hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper A slide presentation showing the
condition of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by
Board.

Motion: Motion was made by Mr. D. Jones, seconded by Ms. Paula Waddle and passed
unanimously to allow repairs to the vacant structure according to Section 13-26 (G), (1), (a) of the
Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty (30) days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days
to complete the repairs or thirty(30)days to complete the demolition of the property located at 1001
Acacia,Driscoll Village,Lot 25,Block 2. If repairs or demolition are not started and completed as
required, the City be authorized to demolish.

thirty (30)"days to obtain a permit and sixty (60) days to complete repairs`or thirty (30) days to
complete the demolition of the property located at 1006 Campbell, Woodson,Lot 6, Block 1. If
repairs or demolition are not started and completed as required the City be authorized to demolish.
