The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition of each property was conducted by staff. Houston, seconded by Ms. Waddle and passed unanimously to require demolition to the detached garage according to Section 13-16 (G), (1), (c) of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty(30)days to obtain a permit and thirty (30) days to complete demolition of the property located at 4618 Cheryl Drive, Lot 5, Block 5.
