The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Jones at 1:35 p.m., in the Council Chambers
at City.Hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board.

Motion: Motion was made by Rev. Houston, seconded by Ms. Waddle and passed
unanimously to require demolition to the detached garage according to Section 13-16 (G), (1), (c)
of the Corpus Christi Code of Ordinance allowing thirty(30)days to obtain a permit and thirty (30)
days to complete demolition of the property located at 4618 Cheryl Drive, Lot 5, Block 5. If
