Jay Reining,the City Attorney held a Building Standard Board work shop prior to the Board hearing
from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Sandra Field at 1:37 p.m., in the Council Chambers
at City hall. A quorum was present.
The meeting was opened by informing those that the appropriate notices has been sent to the
property owners and notices published in the newspaper. A slide presentation showing the condition
of each property was conducted by staff. The following are summaries of action taken by Board.
